The city is easily reached by many different methods of transport – rail and air being most popular. If you plan on visiting in the summer, though, be wary of humidity. In peak times, any temperature higher than 23 degrees Celsius can feel very warm indeed!

The German capital of Berlin is famed for its culture and liberal approach to social values. Following Germany’s reunification, Berlin has grown to become a thriving business center and cultural haven within Europe. Trips to the Brandenburg Gate and Berliner Dom are highly recommended for those interested in history, culture and architecture while the city offers a wealth of restaurants and bars as well as popular dance halls and nightclubs for those looking to enjoy more of the famous Berlin night-life.

The multicultural city of London in the United Kingdom boasts a wealth of world-famous landmarks and attractions including the London Eye, Tower of London, Big Ben, Houses of Parliament and Buckingham Palace. You can travel around the city with ease using the popular London Underground train system and travel into the city is easy using any of the city’s five major airports. The city boasts a number of districts, each with its own unique nuances and specialties in culture and architecture.

Rome is the ancient capital of culture and religion as was the center of power for much of Europe and world throughout history. At the center of the planet’s greatest global civilization, Rome still exerts huge power over the world. Famous attractions include the unmissable Coliseum, Pantheon and Santa Maria. Rome is easily accessible by rail or air and transport around the city is easy using the Roma Pass scheme.

    I can certainly vouch for London. It’s expensive, certainly, but most of the museums are free to enter, the parks are wonderful and there’s brilliant street theatre in Covent Garden. No charge for that either. Hotels will be pretty expensive but serviced apartments London is another option or there’s always bed and breakfasts or hostels.

    I haven’t been to Rome or Berlin but I have been to Barcelona and Gaudi’s Sagrada Familia was very memorable. I’d love to see it again as it was quite a few years ago that I went. It’s just amazing that it’s been in the works for so long.
